Dispatch and delivery
In-stock items normally dispatch within 1–3 days. Dispatch is the time before an order leaves us; it is not the delivery time. Contact contact@arkane-inc.co.uk if your order is needed for a specific production date.
United Kingdom delivery
- Standard delivery: £4.99 for orders below £100; free for orders of £100 or more.
- Express delivery: £24.99.
Available services and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout. Transit estimates are separate from dispatch time. Rates may change for future orders; the charge confirmed for your order applies.
International delivery enquiries
We welcome delivery enquiries from all countries. Availability is subject to carrier coverage and applicable restrictions. International delivery rates are being researched and are not yet available through online checkout. Please email contact@arkane-inc.co.uk with your destination and required products for a delivery quote before ordering. The UK free-delivery offer does not apply to international orders.
Out-of-stock and custom equipment
Out-of-stock items cannot currently be purchased online. Use the product enquiry button to ask about availability. Custom work and made-to-order equipment have individually agreed lead times.
Customs and transit times
Customs processing can affect international transit times. We will confirm delivery arrangements, including how import duties and taxes are handled, before you commit to an international order.
Delivery problems
For missing, damaged or delayed deliveries, contact contact@arkane-inc.co.uk with your order number so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
