Refund policy

Returns and refunds

Contact contact@arkane-inc.co.uk with your order number to notify us of a return and obtain return instructions. A return request does not require our approval to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

Change of mind

Consumers buying standard goods online may cancel within 14 days after delivery, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. You pay the direct cost of change-of-mind return postage. Use protective packaging and keep proof of dispatch.

Condition and inspection

Please return equipment clean, complete and in like-new, resaleable condition, with supplied accessories and packaging wherever possible. You may inspect it as you reasonably would in a shop. Production use, prolonged testing, scratches, contamination, alterations or missing components may reduce its value.

Where handling exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we may deduct the resulting actual loss in value from the refund, as permitted by law. We will explain any deduction and its basis. We do not apply an automatic restocking penalty or refuse a statutory return solely because packaging has been opened.

Refunds

For a valid cancellation, we refund the item price and basic outbound delivery charge, subject to any lawful deduction. Extra premium-delivery costs are not refunded. Refunds use the original payment method, without a refund fee, within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with details and photographs where helpful. Your legal remedies remain unaffected, including applicable rights to reject, repair, replacement or refund. Reasonable return costs for confirmed faulty or incorrect goods are covered by us.

Personalised equipment and international orders

The change-of-mind right may not apply to goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised; any applicable exception will be identified before purchase. Faulty-goods rights still apply. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
